The PenFed Foundation for Military Heroes held its 2026 Celebration of Service Gala on April 16 at the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center in Chantilly, Virginia. The event recognized people and organizations serving military, veteran, and aviation communities and raised more than $1.3 million for the foundation's work with veterans.
For the gala, I designed the main artwork and extended it into print templates, menus, and presentation materials. The visual direction draws from the aviation setting, using a deep blue night sky, aircraft silhouettes, and figures representing military service.
The same visual elements carried from the printed pieces to the presentation screens, keeping the event materials consistent across the room and throughout the program.
